The Express packages for groups of 8 or more start at only $35 per person. Please inquire about pricing for smaller groups.
Try the REJUVENATE package for ultimate relaxation. Each guest in a party of 8 or more can be pampered for 1 1/2 hrs with the Rejuvenate Package for only $95 per person. It's $125 per person for groups of 3-7 and $135 per person for couples. Email us for prices & details on our other packages.

WE NOW OFFER A TEASER PAMPER & FACE PAINTING PARTY COMBO
Teaser Pamper & Face Painting Party - $600 total (15 adults AND 15-20 children)
Guests receive a total of four mini services each to include facial or makeup application, neck/shoulder or back massage, hand massage or polish change, AND foot or leg massage. Add makeup refresh AND/OR facial waxing.
15 guest minimum applies. Total $450 * Service does not have to include Teaser Face Painting Party
Add Teaser Face Painting Party to keep the kids busy with one face painter. Each child receives a simple design/tattoo on face or body. Children play games with the party assistant/event coordinator while waiting to be painted
15 - 20 children * 2 hour minimum applies. Total $150 for 2 hrs * Service can only be added to Teaser Pamper Party

The following are steps to a successful party and a timeline.
Step 1 (Week 5-8) - Inquiries and Reservations
Email us as soon as possible. Remember to provide your name, email, address, contact number, requested date of party, estimated number of guests, & possible services requested. If you are not sure about the services you want, that's ok, a menu of service and prices will be emailed to you upon request.
Step 2 - (Week 3-5) Booking
Review services. The service minimum is 30 minutes or $35 per guest for a party of 8+. Send guests a treatments menu to get them thinking about the pampering they would like. Have them let you know what services they are interested in. Complete Booking form return to Email Spaah 2 U (a division of Relaxing Minds). On the booking form, you will indicate your pamper party service preferences. As soon as you have the participant (guest) list and service request form completed, send it to us. We need this information ASAP, so that we can provide a schedule of your treatments & therapists. We will call or email you to discuss your booking form and what your deposit will be. We will email you (or each guest) a invoice detailing their service request. The email will contain payment method information.
We will confirm your booking and email you a receipt once we receive your booking form, participant list, service request & 50% deposit payable by cash, money order, cashier's check, or debit/credit card through paypal/google checkout. Your party date is not confirmed until we receive a deposit unless other arrangements are made. As soon as all information and forms are complete, we will send you a confirmation and schedule. We will guarantee the date of the party. Remember, if you plans change and you need to change the date, let us know so you can avoid a change fee. Deposit will be based upon estimated guests and services & is usually due 3-4 weeks before the party. 25% of this deposit is non-refundable.
Step 3 (Week 2-4)- Invitations
Invite your guests to an evening of fun and relaxation. Let us know if you need invitations or want us to send them out.
This will remind the guests of this special day. If guests want to make any changes to services, cancel, or you invite addtional people, no problem, just let us know who and what services they want as soon as possible. Your service prices may change if the number of guests decrease. We will send out invoices and update the schedule accordingly. Prices are based on the number of guest attending. If additional guest want to attend, that's fine. They just need to be sure to bring the funds to cover desired services based on the rates provided to you. We will make every attempt to service them after scheduled guest are taken care of.
Step 4 (Week 1-2)- Balance Paid
Complete payment is preferred 7- 14 days before the party but is required on the day of the party before services begin. Personal checks will be accepted up until 14 days before the party. We may accept credit cards the day of the party if we are notified of this in advance. Our service providers do accept tips, so let your guest know just in case they want to bring extra cash. FYI: Tips are normally 10-20% off the cost of the service. If you want to include it when you pay your balance, then just let us know. Tipping is not required but is greatly appreciated.
Step 5 - The Party
If everyone has paid their balances before the party then it's smooth sailing. Otherwise we will collect money before starting services. Make sure any additional guests or guests who have decided to add to their services are aware of how much the service(s) will cost and are prepared to pay. Remember that the guest service rate is often based on the number of guests you informed us would be at the party. Generally, additional guests will be serviced after orginal party guest have been taken care of. If everyone has paid, guests won't have to mess up their nails digging in pockets or purses for money. And if they plan to tip, they can make sure the money is accessible or just do it before they leave.
Now sit back and relax while we take care of you and your guests. If you want you can have potluck or request meal service at an additional minimal charge. Beverages are complimentary.

Late Bookings:
We can usually accomodate last minute bookings however we request that you are flexible regarding your treatment requests. Be prepared to provide all information as soon as possible. Please be aware that your deposit or full payment may be due with a few days/weeks depending on the event date.
Your time is valuable as well as that of our technicians. Allowing plenty of time to book your party gives everyone time to adjust their schedule. We want your party to be an enjoyable experience and for you to schedule another in the future. Your deposit not only guarantees your date but that technicians will be there to service you and your guests. Therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your party seven (7) days before your original scheduled party date then the refundable 25% of your 50% deposit will not be refunded. Our technicans often adjust their sometimes busy schedules to be available for your party. Cancellations affect them greatly. We will start refunding guest cancellation monies up to 48 hrs prior to the original date of the party and no later than 48 hrs after the party depending on the method of payment and when it was made.
